Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or fast-paced restaurant environment is advantageous

- Willingness to learn and be cross-trained across multiple operational areas

Job Duties
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting gold standards
- Be knowledgeable of all kitchen stations including fries, grilling, frying, assembling, initiating, and food prep
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed
- Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
- Keep up to date with new products rolled out by McDonald's
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues
- Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
- Maintain sanitation and operation of restaurant equipment including toasters, ovens, microwaves, fryers, grills, coffee machines, drink machines
- Sweep, mop, and clean floors and baseboards
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly planned maintenance tasks
- Speak enthusiastically to all customers with a smile
- Assemble food orders on trays or bags
- Assist cooks with food preparation
- Take payments and provide correct change
- Stock condiments, paper supplies, and beverage stations
- Assist customers via telephone and mobile app
- Assist delivery drivers with respect
