This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated restaurant franchised under the McDonald’s brand. Unlike corporate McDonald’s USA restaurants, this establishment is owned by a separate franchisee who holds the license to use McDonald’s logos, food products, and branding for day-to-day operations. The franchisee functions as its own company with authority over hiring, firing, scheduling, staffing, and all employment-related decisions. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good interpersonal skills
- basic food handling knowledge preferable
- ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Job Duties
