This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald’s restaurant located at 7105 S Olympia Ave W, Tulsa, OK. Unlike corporate McDonald’s locations, this restaurant is a franchisee-run operation, meaning it functions as a separate company with distinct employment policies and decisions. This independent franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s brand, logos, and food products, providing customers with the familiar experience they expect from McDonald’s, but as a separate employer, it makes all staffing and operational decisions independently from McDonald’s USA.
