This job opportunity is with an independent franchisee operating a McDonald’s restaurant located at 45951 IH 10, Winnie, Texas. Unlike corporate McDonald’s USA, this franchisee independently owns the license to use McDonald’s logos, food products, and branding to run the restaurant. As such, this franchisee functions as a completely separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA. All employment matters including hiring, firing, supervision, discipline, staffing, and scheduling are solely handled by the franchisee.
