Job Description
This position is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products but operates as a distinct company responsible for employment matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Requirements
