This job opportunity is offered by an independent franchisee that owns and operates a McDonald’s restaurant. Unlike McDonald’s USA, which owns the brand and trademark rights, this franchisee operates the restaurant under a licensing agreement that allows the use of McDonald’s logos, food products, and system standards. It is important to understand that the franchisee is a separate business entity and a separate employer from McDonald’s USA.
