This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant located at 1101 Fort Street Mall, Honolulu, HI, 96813. This establishment is a franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos, branding, and food products but operates as a distinct legal entity separate from McDonald's USA. As a result, employment decisions, staffing, supervision, hiring, firing, and other employment-related matters are handled exclusively by the franchisee, not the corporate McDonald's USA. This means the franchisee is the direct employer and solely responsible for managing the work environment and employee relations.

Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Ability to work flexible shifts including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team

- Good communication skills
