This job opportunity is offered by an independent franchisee operating a McDonald’s restaurant, distinct and separate from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds the license to use McDonald’s brand logos and food products while independently managing the restaurant's operations. Unlike McDonald’s USA, which does not handle employment issues for this location, the franchisee is solely responsible for all aspects of employment, including hiring, firing, disciplining, staffing, scheduling, and supervising employees.
