This job opportunity is with a McDonald's restaurant franchise located at 7425 Georgia Ave NW Unit 7500, Washington, DC, 20012. The restaurant is independently owned and operated by a local franchisee, who holds the license to use McDonald's brand logos, trademarks, and food products. While McDonald's USA provides the overarching brand, menu, and training support, the franchisee is a separate company and serves as the sole employer responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, scheduling, and discipline.
