This job opportunity is with a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee of the McDonald’s brand, not McDonald’s USA. This means that while the franchisee uses the well-known logos and food products associated with McDonald’s, the franchisee is a completely separate legal entity from McDonald’s USA and is the sole employer responsible for all employment-related decisions at this location.
