This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. Unlike McDonald's USA, which does not oversee employment matters at this location, the franchisee acts as the actual employer responsible for hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, supervision, and scheduling.
