Job Description
This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise restaurant, using the McDonald's brand, logos, and food products under a licensing agreement. The franchisee operates as a separate company from McDonald's USA and independently manages all employment-related matters including hiring, firing, staffing, supervision, and scheduling. As such, this employment is directly with the franchisee and not McDonald's USA. This distinction is important as McDonald's USA has no involvement in any employment decisions or access to application information.

Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age
- outstanding attitude
- ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- availability for part-time or full-time shifts including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends
- willingness to work collaboratively with team members
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- willingness to learn and grow
- customer service experience is a plus but not required

- connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
