Job Description
This job posting is for a Crew Team Member position at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. This franchisee is separate from McDonald's USA and is the sole employer responsible for all employment matters related to this position. This means that all hiring, firing, supervision, staffing, discipline, and scheduling decisions are managed exclusively by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA.
