This job opportunity is with a restaurant located at 5849 N Market Street, Shreveport, LA, 71107, which is owned and operated by an independent franchisee rather than McDonald’s USA. This franchisee operates under a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products but maintains complete independence in matters related to employment, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Therefore, the franchisee is the employer and is solely responsible for all employment decisions within this restaurant.
