This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant franchise. Unlike McDonald's USA, which is a separate corporate entity, this franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's brand assets such as logos and food products, but operates as a separate company and employer. This means that employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are managed solely by the franchisee. McDonald's USA has no control over these employment decisions and will not receive candidate applications or be involved in the hiring process.
