BaRu Enterprises, LLC is an independent franchisee operating a McDonald's restaurant located at 1423 Southwest Parkway, Wichita Falls, TX. While McDonald's USA owns the brand, trademarks, and food products, BaRu Enterprises operates independently under a franchise license. This means that BaRu Enterprises is solely responsible for all employment matters at this location, including recruitment, hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and supervision. Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- willingness to work flexible hours including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends
- ability to stand for extended periods

- strong work ethic and positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- customer service experience is a plus but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Job Duties
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
- prepare all of McDonald's world-famous food
- partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- keep the restaurant looking fantastic
