This job opening is with an independently owned McDonald's franchise located at 11400 Forest Ln, Clive, IA, 50325. This restaurant operates under the McDonald's brand but is a separate entity from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, scheduling, and employee supervision. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to work various shifts including nights and weekends
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Willingness to learn and follow training protocols
