Job Description
This job opening is with an independently owned and operated McDonald’s restaurant franchise. This franchisee is licensed to use McDonald’s logos, food products, and brand identity but operates as a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee alone is responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald’s USA has no involvement in employment decisions or application processing for this position. If hired, you will be employed by the independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA.

Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older to work as a crew member
- Willingness to work flexible hours including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals
- Prepare all of McDonald’s world-famous food
- Partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
