This restaurant is operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald’s logos and food products. The franchisee is a distinct and separate entity from McDonald’s USA, responsible for all employment-related matters within the restaurant such as hiring, firing, supervision, discipline, scheduling, and staffing. This means that if you are hired, you will be employed by the franchisee and not McDonald’s USA, and all application details and employment decisions are handled exclusively by the franchisee.
