This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise, which is a separate entity from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use the iconic McDonald's branding and food products but manages all aspects of its employment independently. This means that the franchisee is solely responsible for hiring, firing, scheduling, staffing, and employee supervision at the restaurant where the position is available. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Availability to work flexible shifts including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

- Ability to provide excellent customer service
