This job opportunity is with a McDonald’s restaurant that is independently owned and operated by a franchisee, separate from McDonald’s USA. This means that while the restaurant uses McDonald’s logos, branding, and food products, the franchisee functions as an independent company and acts as the direct employer. McDonald’s USA does not control or have any involvement in employment matters at the restaurant such as hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, or discipline.
