This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee operating under the McDonald’s brand. While the franchisee uses McDonald’s logos and food products, it is legally and operationally distinct from McDonald’s USA. This means that all employment decisions, including hiring, firing, and scheduling, are made solely by the franchisee. McDonald’s USA has no direct influence over the employment relationship or employment decisions. If hired, you will be an employee of the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA.

Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- availability for flexible part-time or full-time schedules including weekends and late nights
- ability to perform tasks requiring standing and moving for extended periods
- willingness to follow training and safety protocols
