Job Description
This job opportunity is provided by a restaurant operated by an independent McDonald's franchisee, which is separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to operate using McDonald's established logos, menu, and food products, but maintains full control over the restaurant's employment, staffing, and day-to-day management. As such, if hired, you will be employed directly by the franchisee rather than McDonald's USA. This means all employment decisions from hiring to scheduling and other managerial functions are handled by the franchisee.
