This job opportunity is offered by a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald’s logos and food products. While McDonald’s USA is the original brand behind one of the world’s most recognizable fast-food chains, this particular restaurant is managed entirely by the franchisee, a separate company responsible for all employment matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling.
