Job Description
This job posting is for a position at a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald’s USA. This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products, managing day-to-day restaurant operations independently. Unlike McDonald’s USA, this franchisee is the sole employer responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling within the restaurant. Job Requirements
