This job opportunity is with an independent franchisee that operates a McDonald's restaurant. This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products but functions as a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. Employment matters—including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling—are managed solely by the franchisee, not by McDonald's USA.
