This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald's. While the franchisee has a license to use McDonald's logos and food products, it operates as a separate company from McDonald's USA. The franchisee manages all employment matters including hiring, firing, staffing, supervision, and scheduling, making it the sole employer for those hired at this restaurant.
