Located in Butler, New Jersey, this McDonald's restaurant is independently owned and operated by a franchisee licensed to use the McDonald's brand, logos, and food products. Unlike corporate McDonald's USA locations, this franchise operates as a separate company which independently manages staffing, scheduling, hiring, and day-to-day operations. This means employees of this location are hired directly by the franchisee and not by McDonald's USA.
