This job opportunity is with a restaurant independently owned and operated by a franchisee licensed to use McDonald's branding and food products, distinct and separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee independently manages all employment-related activities including hiring, firing, discipline, and scheduling, assuring a unique and locally-managed work environment.
