While the franchisee utilizes McDonald's branded logos and food products under a licensing agreement, it operates as a distinct business entity separate from McDonald's USA. Consequently, the franchisee alone is responsible for all employment-related matters at the restaurant, including hiring, firing, supervision, discipline, staffing, and scheduling decisions. Job Requirements
- Be 16 years of age or older
- No prior experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not necessary
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Willingness to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Eligibility to work in the United States
