This position is for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald’s logos and food products. Unlike being employed by McDonald’s USA directly, this role is under the franchisee’s management, meaning that all employment matters such as hiring, scheduling, firing, and discipline are managed entirely by this franchisee, a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA.
