Job Description
This job posting is for a Crew Team Member position at a McDonald's restaurant located at 4056 Factoria Blvd, Bellevue, WA 98006. This restaurant is operated by an independent, locally owned franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA or The McDonald's Corporation. Although this franchisee uses the McDonald's brand, logos, and food products, it functions autonomously, handling all employment matters independently. Job Requirements
- Current Food Handler Card required
- Non-slip shoes required
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work flexible schedules including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Willingness to learn and grow

Job Duties
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience with outstanding customer service
- Help customers order their favorite meals
- Prepare world famous food
- Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- Keep the restaurant looking fantastic with basic cleaning tasks and restaurant maintenance
