This job opening is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant located at 1300 S Richey, Pasadena, TX, 77502. This restaurant operates under a franchise agreement with McDonald's USA, which means that while it uses McDonald's logos and food products, it is a separate company and employs its own staff. As such, all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are handled solely by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee is the exclusive employer for positions at this location and makes all employment-related decisions independently from McDonald's corporate headquarters.
