This job opportunity is with a McDonald's restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. Unlike McDonald's USA, this franchisee operates as a separate company with its own management and employment policies. The franchisee holds a license to use the McDonald's brand, logos, and food products but independently handles all employment-related matters such as hiring, firing, staffing, supervision, and scheduling.
