This job posting is for a Crew Team Member position at a McDonald's restaurant that is independently owned and operated by a franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products, managing the restaurant itself and being fully responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Keep the restaurant clean and looking great
- help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
- prepare and serve McDonald's world-famous food
- make sure the customers have a positive experience from start to finish
- partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and create a productive work environment
- sweep and mop floors, clean bathrooms, equipment, work surfaces, windows, walls, tables, and seating
- stock food and supplies and take out trash, recycling, and compost where applicable
