Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • ability to communicate effectively
  • ability to follow instructions and work in a team
  • reliable transportation to and from work
  • willingness to learn and adapt quickly
  • ability to stand for long periods

Job Qualifications

  • positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • excellent communication skills
  • basic math and reading skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • prior experience in food service is a plus but not required
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
  • prepare all of McDonald's world famous food
  • partner with crew and management to meet daily goals
  • maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant
  • follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • assist in stocking and inventory management
