Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- able to stand and move for extended periods
- excellent customer service skills
- basic math skills
- ability to follow instructions and work under direction
- availability to undergo training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- previous experience in customer service is an asset but not required
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
- prepare all of McDonald's world-famous food
- partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- work different positions including grill, drive thru, and front counter
- keep the restaurant looking phenomenal
- maintain a clean and safe working environment
