Job Description
This position is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent McDonald’s franchisee, a separate company from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products and operates the restaurant independently. Employment decisions, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are the sole responsibility of the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. When hired, you will be employed directly by the franchisee, and McDonald’s USA will not be involved in employment matters or receive your employment application.
