Job Description
This McDonald’s restaurant is independently owned and operated by a franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds the license to use McDonald's logos and food products, and operates the restaurant as a distinct entity with full responsibility for all employment decisions including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald's USA is not involved in these employment matters nor do they receive applications or participate in interview or hiring decisions. This distinction ensures that the franchisee functions as the true employer for this location, providing local autonomy and management tailored to the community it serves.
