Unlike corporate McDonald's USA locations, this franchisee is a separate business entity that holds a license to use the well-known McDonald's logos and food products. The franchisee operates fully independently, handling all employment matters such as hiring, firing, staff supervision, and scheduling. McDonald's USA itself does not get involved in day-to-day employment decisions or receive applications for positions at this restaurant.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Capability to stand for extended periods
