This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald’s restaurant located at 1101 Fort Street Mall, Honolulu, HI 96813. Unlike corporate McDonald’s restaurants run directly by McDonald’s USA, this location is owned by a franchisee who holds a license to use the McDonald’s brand, logos, and food products but operates as a separate company. Consequently, employment matters such as hiring, firing, disciplining, staffing, and scheduling employees are handled solely by this franchisee. McDonald’s USA does not participate in employment decisions for this location, making the franchisee your direct employer.
