This job opportunity is offered at a restaurant that is proudly owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald's, distinct and separate from McDonald's USA corporate entity. While the franchisee uses McDonald's logos and food products, they operate autonomously, handling all employment matters independently. This includes managing hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling within their restaurant. Job Requirements
