This job opportunity is offered at a McDonald’s restaurant located at 202 W Monte Cristo Rd, Edinburg, TX 78541. This restaurant is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, which means it is not directly managed by McDonald’s USA. While the franchisee owns the license to use McDonald’s brand logos, trademarks, and food products, the franchisee remains a separate entity and is responsible for all employment-related matters such as hiring, firing, disciplinary actions, supervision, staffing, and scheduling.
