Job Description
This job opportunity is with a restaurant that operates under the McDonald's brand but is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos, food products, and branding to run their restaurant but operates as a distinct company with independent employment practices. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment-related matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- reliable transportation or means to commute
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- team player with a positive attitude
- willingness to learn and grow
- previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
