This job opportunity is with a locally owned and operated McDonald\'s franchise restaurant located at 7200 W 12th St, Little Rock, AR. As a franchisee owned establishment, this restaurant operates independently from McDonald\'s USA corporate offices. This means the franchise owner handles all hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and employment matters. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including breakfast, lunch, late nights and weekends
- Willingness to support a team-oriented environment
- Reliable transportation to the workplace
- Ability to communicate clearly and provide excellent customer service
- Ability to stand and be active for the duration of a shift
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Pass a background check
- Comply with restaurant policies and safety standards

Job Duties

- Work collaboratively with team members to meet goals and foster a fun, positive workplace
- Provide excellent customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience
