This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant located in Oklahoma City, OK. Unlike corporate-owned locations, this restaurant is managed by a franchisee who holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products but operates as a separate employer and company from McDonald's USA. The franchisee independently manages all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling.
