This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise located at 1035 Interstate 35 N, New Braunfels, TX 78130. Unlike corporate McDonald's restaurants, this location is owned by a separate franchisee who is licensed to use McDonald's logos, branding, and food products but operates as an independent company. This independence means that all employment matters—including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling—are handled solely by the franchisee and not by McDonald’s USA.
