Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a food handler certificate valid in the state of Texas
- Ability to work standing for extended periods
- Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Availability to work flexible schedules
- Commitment to punctuality and regular attendance
- Successful completion of a background check
- High school students may participate in local academic incentive programs

Job Duties
- Lead the experience by checking in with guests and ensuring they are enjoying themselves
- Have a side of smile by helping customers order their favorite McDonald's menu items and making menu recommendations
- Focus on the food by preparing and presenting delicious food according to all food safety policies
- Ensure a memorable visit by maintaining a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment
- Understand that teamwork is key by working closely with team members to meet goals and fostering a fun and safe workplace
- Be present by arriving on time and clocking in for all shifts to ensure excellent customer service
