This job opportunity is with a McDonald's restaurant located at 1101 Fort Street Mall, Honolulu, HI 96813, which is owned and operated by an independent franchisee. This franchisee holds the license to use McDonald's logos and food products, but operates the restaurant as a separate entity from McDonald's USA. All employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, and scheduling are managed solely by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA.
