This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant located at 1520 N Naper Blvd, Naperville, IL 60563. This particular McDonald's restaurant is owned by a separate franchisee, which holds a license to use McDonald's logos, trademarks, and food products. Unlike corporate McDonald's locations, this franchisee operates autonomously, handling all aspects of employment independently, including hiring, firing, scheduling, and staff management.
